Flowers from Life’s Sentimental Moments
Flowers from life’s big moments are precious. I know they aren’t just any flowers, for they hold memories and a special place in your heart. My preservation service transforms your blooms into timeless art, ensuring they remain intact for a very long time. Each piece that I create for a client is custom-crafted in a design that speaks to you, and each bouquet is handled with love and care.
Pre-booking your project is highly reccommended. I serve clients in the Athens & Atlanta area. We do not accept shipped bouquets at this time.

Pressed Frame Pricing:
11x14 ($400 plus tax) This size fits approx 1/3 of the flowers/greenery from a medium sized bouquet. I try to include a good representation of flowers.
16x20 ($550 plus tax) This size fits approx 1/2-2/3 of your bouquet.
20x24 ($650 plus tax) Best for large bouquets or styles where you prefer not to have much overlap of flowers in the frame.
Looking for a custom size not listed here? Quotes are available upon request.
Project Deposit:
A $100 deposit is collected at booking to save your date. If you are not pre-booking, this deposit is due at time of flower drop-off. This deposit is applied toward your preservation balance.
Estimated time to completion is approx 6 months. (time from when I receive your flowers to when your frame is ready for pick up)
Our Add-Ons make Great Gifts!
Smaller add-on frames and jewelry (made with your pressed flowers) are available upon request. They make great gifts for mothers and grandmothers. Let us know what you have in mind, and we would be happy to provide a quote.
Some examples include: small geometric metal hinge frames, 8x10s, necklaces, earrings
Payment plans are available, in which we offer to divide the total cost into smaller payments that are paid over the course of the preservation project.
We do not accept flower shipments. In person drop-off only please. (We are located in Bogart, GA; 45 min from Atlanta, GA; 10 minutes from Athens, GA)

The Preservation Process
It takes approximately 6 months from the time I receive your flowers to project completion.
A deposit is required to book.
Your project invoice balance is due at the time I begin mounting the flowers. This is approx one month before your piece is ready for pick up. For large projects, let me know at booking if you would prefer to set up payments in increments. I appreciate your understanding with this payment policy.
Step 1. Pre-book your preservation project before your event if possible. (see step 2) We understand that this is not always possible, as with memorial flowers for example. Keep your flowers in water, out of heat and direct light until I receive them for pressing. Do not put them in the fridge (the exception is bouttonires, these can go into the fridge in a closed container). The fresher the flowers, the better the result, so please try not to wait longer than 24-48 hours. For wedding bouquets, it is best to give the stems a fresh cut before placing them back in water. Make sure the water level is to the top of the vessel.
Step 2. Book your preservation by submitting your deposit ($100). I accept Venmo and cards. This step secures your spot in my presses, as I fill up fast during the height of wedding season. The deposit is applied toward your total balance. You do not have to decide upon your design, frame color, float vs paper mount until step 7. We know events are busy times. We will press and nail down your style later.
Step 3. Arrange to drop off your flowers within 24 hours of your event. We do accept flowers past 24 hours; however, we may have to cull out stems that have browned or faded beyond saving.
Step 4. Drop off your flowers to my private studio/flower farm in Bogart GA. It is perfectly fine to have a friend or family member drop them off for you.
Step 5. I carefully press your flowers. It takes about 2 months to professionally and thoroughly dry/press flowers.
Step 6. I carefully store your pressed flowers until they are ready to be mounted.
Step 7. Approximately 4-5 months after I receive your flowers, I will contact you to discuss your design. I will ask what size frame you want, what mounting style you want, what frame color you want, and if you wish to order any add-on pieces.
Step 8. Your project balance gets collected and then I begin mount your flowers.
Step 9. I mount your flowers and offer to send a preview picture.
Step 10. Your piece is taken to my local framer for professional framing. This part of the process takes about 2 weeks.
Step 11. I get your frame back and schedule your pick up!
The total process takes about 6 months, from the time I receive your flowers to completion. Contact me to get started today!
